Role Description

In this full-time remote role as Director Supply Chain Operations, you will oversee and manage the supply chain and operations activities to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Responsibilities include developing and implementing supply chain strategies, managing supply and demand, overseeing operations processes, and ensuring optimal profit and loss (P&L) management. You will collaborate with various departments to streamline operations and maintain high standards in procurement and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Supply Chain Operations, including planning, logistics, and inventory management
• Strong skills in Supply Chain Management and Supply Management to ensure efficient processes and operations
• Experience in Operations Management, providing strategic oversight to streamline workflows and enhance performance
• Proficiency in P&L Management, utilizing financial acumen to optimize profitability and manage budgets effectively
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience in a medical or laboratory industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and remotely while leading cross-functional teams
