Customer Service Specialist — In this role, you will assist a diverse range of customers visiting the courthouse for civil-related services, including passports, marriage licenses, and more. Responsibilities include processing payments, providing guidance on court services, and responding to inquiries by phone and email. This position plays a key part in ensuring the public receives accurate, timely, and courteous assistance.
Data Entry Clerk — As a Data Entry Clerk, you will support the integrity and accuracy of criminal court records. This role provides exposure to various criminal case types, court documents, and relevant State Statutes. It is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong foundation in court operations while contributing to the reliability of official records.

This position is eligible for a one dollar per hour stipend which has already been added to the salary advertised. The one dollar per hour stipend will be awarded upon completion of the introductory period. The stipend will no longer apply should the employee transfer out of this position.

Customer Service Typical Qualifications ($18.36)
High school diploma (or GED), supplemented by five (5) years of recent and relevant experience that demonstrates the ability to accurately apply acute attention to detail in maintenance of detailed data, preferably in an automated systems environment; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Some vocational or college courses preferred. Once qualified, deputization may be required to perform the assigned functions.
Must be a US Citizen or US non-citizen national pursuant to 22 C.F.R. 51.22(b) to perform passport services.
