We are seeking a marketing-focused professional to drive social media, events, and community visibility, while supporting the on-site sales experience as needed.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys social media content creation, event coordination, comfortable preparing and conducting presentations, community outreach and building brand presence.
Schedule
Tuesday – Saturday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday & Monday off (with occasional flexibility for events)
Primary Responsibilities
• Execute social media content (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Coordinate content creation (photos, videos, storytelling)
• Plan and assist with community events and grand openings
• Maintain signage, collateral, and community presentation
• Provide model coverage and greet visitors as needed
• Support CRM updates and lead tracking
Qualifications
• Minimum 1+ year marketing experience (required)
• Marketing degree preferred (not required)
• Strong social media and content execution skills
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable in a customer and public-facing environment
Compensation
• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 (depending on experience and education)
• Per Sale Bonus: $500 – $1,000 per home
