About The Role
The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) at Shure plays a pivotal role in supporting our organizational objectives by partnering closely with HR management and business leaders. This hybrid position involves implementing and executing HR programs that encompass corporate policies, talent management, talent acquisition, and employee engagement initiatives. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for associates across multiple locations, ensuring HR policies and practices are aligned with company culture and regional labor standards. This role requires a proactive, adaptable professional who is passionate about building strong relationships, supporting employee development, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The position involves a mix of strategic planning, operational support, and administrative tasks, with a focus on delivering an exceptional associate experience. The HRBP will support offices in Niles, Skokie, and Wheeling, Illinois, with a flexible schedule that includes 2-3 days on-site per week to facilitate collaboration and engagement.
