Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President of Corporate Strategy to lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, business transformation initiatives, and long-term growth execution. This executive leader will be responsible for identifying emerging market opportunities, driving corporate development initiatives, and integrating innovative technologies—including blockchain solutions—to enhance operational efficiency, digital trust, transparency, and competitive advantage.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate strategy, digital transformation, M&A initiatives, market expansion, and advanced technology adoption across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Strategic Leadership
Develop and execute long-term corporate strategies aligned with organizational goals and shareholder value creation.
Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning processes and establish measurable growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.
Conduct competitive intelligence analysis, market trend evaluation, and industry forecasting.
Provide executive leadership with strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights.
Business Transformation & Innovation
Drive enterprise transformation programs focused on operational excellence and business scalability.
Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across finance, operations, technology, supply chain, and customer experience teams.
Establish innovation frameworks to identify emerging technologies and disruptive business models.
Blockchain Technology Strategy and Application
Develop and implement blockchain adoption strategies across business functions and ecosystems.
Evaluate and integrate blockchain technologies for:
Supply chain transparency and product traceability
Smart contract automation
Digital identity verification systems
Data security and decentralized data management
Financial transaction optimization
Regulatory compliance and audit transparency
Tokenization and digital asset opportunities where applicable
Partner with technology teams to assess blockchain platforms and enterprise architecture requirements.
Monitor emerging Web3, decentralized systems, and distributed ledger technology developments.
Corporate Development
Lead strategic evaluations for mergers, acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.
Develop financial models and business cases supporting growth opportunities.
Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with technology providers and industry partners.
Support due diligence activities and post-merger integration planning.
Leadership & Governance
Build and lead high-performing strategy teams.
Present strategic recommendations and performance updates to executive leadership and Board members.
Establish governance frameworks and KPI systems for strategic initiatives.
Ensure strategic initiatives comply with regulatory and organizational standards.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Technology Management, or related field required.
MBA, Master’s degree, or equivalent advanced education preferred.
Experience
12+ years of progressive leadership experience in corporate strategy, business development, consulting, or transformation leadership.
7+ years of executive or senior leadership experience.
Experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives and organizational transformation.
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies and enterprise digital solutions.
Experience with M&A strategy, market analysis, and corporate growth planning preferred.
