About Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing Facebook Group marketing agency helping businesses generate leads and grow communities through social media strategy and engagement. They currently manage 300+ active clients through a pod-based remote team structure.
About the Role
This is a high-level, strategic Customer Success Manager role where you will act as the face of the company for a portfolio of clients.
You will oversee approximately 70 clients initially, this is not a hands-on campaign execution role — the operational work is handled by Project Managers, Account Managers, and Copywriters within your pod.
Your role is to lead strategy, maintain strong client relationships, ensure campaigns stay on track, and keep internal teams aligned and accountable.
