Vice President, Strategic Projects
About the Role
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Strategic Projects to lead enterprise-wide initiatives, operational transformation programs, and cross-functional project execution across key business areas. This executive leadership role is responsible for driving high-impact strategic projects, improving organizational alignment, and supporting long-term business growth through structured planning and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with strong project governance expertise, strategic planning capabilities, and the ability to manage complex initiatives within fast-paced and evolving business environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee strategic project initiatives aligned with organizational priorities and long-term business objectives
Lead cross-functional projects involving operations, business transformation, process optimization, and organizational growth
Collaborate with executive leadership, finance, operations, technology, and regional teams to ensure project alignment and successful execution
Establish project governance standards, reporting frameworks, and performance measurement processes
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and operational performance metrics
Identify project risks, operational bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities to enhance execution efficiency
Drive organizational initiatives focused on scalability, workflow optimization, and operational consistency
Support strategic planning, business integration, and enterprise transformation efforts across departments and regions
Prepare executive-level reports, project updates, and strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders
Mentor and develop high-performing project management and operations teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations, Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic planning, or related executive leadership roles
Proven experience leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects
Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Experience working within multinational or fast-paced business environments
Familiarity with project management systems, enterprise platforms, and operational reporting tools preferred
