Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
– Evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
– Provide hands-on therapy to patients using various techniques such as massage
– Educate patients on exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and overall physical well-being
– Monitor and document patients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
– Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of physical therapy and implement new techniques as appropriate in a Physical Therapist owned clinic.
Experience:
– No prior experience is required but candidates must have a Florida State Physical Therapy license.
– Proficient in medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and other relevant knowledge areas
– Experience working with patients of all ages and backgrounds
– Familiarity with outpatient settings and the ability to adapt treatment plans accordingly
Skills:
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
– Excellent problem-solving abilities to address patients’ unique needs and challenges
– Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
– Empathy and compassion for patients undergoing physical therapy

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
