What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director as required
• Manage the Director’s schedule, including travel arrangements and coordinating meetings
• Prepare correspondence, memos, reports, and minutes as instructed
• Greet and direct visitors and team members
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
• Ability to perform other administrative and secretarial functions as required
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Associate Degree in a related field
• Experience in administrative or executive roles in finance, legal, or healthcare sectors
