About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead global marketing strategy, brand development, and integrated growth initiatives across all channels. This executive role is responsible for defining marketing direction, driving demand generation, strengthening brand positioning, and aligning marketing execution with long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a senior marketing leader with deep expertise in global strategy, performance marketing, brand management, and cross-functional leadership in high-growth or complex organizational environments.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy aligned with revenue and growth objectives
Oversee global brand positioning, integrated marketing campaigns, and audience engagement strategies
Lead demand generation, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing initiatives across channels
Collaborate with executive leadership, product, sales, operations, and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to guide marketing decisions
Establish marketing KPIs, reporting systems, and performance measurement frameworks
Drive innovation in digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition channels
Oversee marketing budget planning, resource allocation, and campaign optimization
Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on brand growth, market expansion, and customer engagement
Build and mentor high-performing global marketing, communications, and growth teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
12+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, including senior executive or global marketing positions
Proven success leading large-scale marketing organizations and global campaigns
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in fast-paced, multinational or high-growth environments
Familiarity with marketing analytics platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies
