Role Overview

Alpha Hedge Fund & Capital is seeking an experienced Senior Vice President of Projects to support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic business initiatives across the organization. This leadership role will work closely with internal departments and operational stakeholders to improve project alignment, optimize execution processes, and support enterprise-level operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project leadership experience, organizational management capabilities, and the ability to oversee complex cross-functional initiatives within dynamic business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee strategic projects and operational initiatives across multiple business functions
• Coordinate with internal departments to support project execution, workflow optimization, and organizational alignment
• Develop project timelines, implementation plans, reporting structures, and performance tracking frameworks
• Monitor project progress, identify operational risks, and support issue resolution initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership teams to ensure projects align with organizational objectives and long-term business priorities
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project delivery standards
• Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams and external stakeholders when required
• Prepare internal reports, project documentation, and operational performance updates for leadership review
• Assist with resource planning, operational assessments, and strategic implementation activities
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and organizational development strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in project or operational management are considered an advantage
• Strong leadership, organizational, and cross-functional coordination abilities
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, operational reporting, and business process optimization
• Knowledge of financial services, capital markets, investment operations, or asset management environments is preferred
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools is considered beneficial
