Role Overview

R. R. Group of Industries is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Manufacturing Excellence to support operational performance initiatives and manufacturing process optimization across international business functions. This remote leadership role will work closely with operations, procurement, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to improve production efficiency, strengthen compliance practices, and support scalable operational growth.

The ideal candidate possesses strong experience in manufacturing operations, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership within consumer goods, FMCG, industrial products, or related manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing excellence initiatives focused on operational efficiency, production consistency, and process improvement
• Collaborate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks
• Support the development and implementation of manufacturing KPIs, SOPs, and performance monitoring systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related operational methodologies
• Coordinate with quality assurance teams to maintain product quality and regulatory compliance standards
• Assist in evaluating manufacturing technologies, automation opportunities, and operational scalability strategies
• Support budget planning, production forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
• Work cross-functionally with international stakeholders to improve operational communication and execution alignment
• Contribute to long-term manufacturing and operational planning initiatives
• Monitor industry trends, supplier performance, and operational risk factors impacting manufacturing activities

Experience Requirements

15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, industrial management, supply chain operations, or process improvement roles

Minimum 25 years of leadership or senior management experience overseeing operational teams or manufacturing functions

Prior experience in consumer goods, FMCG, industrial products, fragrance products, packaging, or related manufacturing industries is preferred

Demonstrated experience managing operational improvement initiatives, KPI implementation, or production optimization projects

Experience working with distributed teams, international vendors, or cross-border operational coordination is a plus
