Position Summary
The Kanjee lab studies the malaria parasites with the aim of understanding how these single celled organisms are capable of infecting human red blood cells (RBCs). To that end, we have developed methods to enrich for parasite invasion ligand proteins that bind to RBCs. We aim to characterize the parasite âœbindomeâ using cell-culture, biochemistry and proteomics approaches.
Assists with the technical aspects of studies and experiments, including documentation and preparation of materials.

Salary Range
$16.92 – $26.44 / Hourly
