The intern will be responsible for reviewing and updating customer records, including access codes, group structures, and account organization. This includes identifying inactive or churned customers and ensuring that platform data remains accurate and well-structured.
In addition, the intern will conduct quality assurance testing across training platforms to identify formatting issues, inconsistencies, and usability gaps.
