Facilities Maintenance Technician Full Time NEW

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our clients dynamic team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation, safety, and maintenance of our facilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the continuous improvement of the facilities.

Duties

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Supervise maintenance activities performed by contractors or junior team members, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Painting and drywall repairs as needed for apartment turnovers
• Maintain outdoor perimeter by trash pick-up and clean up
• Lead safety initiatives by adhering to protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience for comprehensive facilities maintenance.
• Customer service mindset to effectively communicate with team members and external vendors.
• Ability to read accurately and troubleshoot complex systems efficiently in English language settings.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a Background screening
• Must be able to pass a Drug Screening
• Must have a clean MVA Driving Record
• Must have a Valid Driving License

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
