Are you a people person who’s not afraid to knock on a stranger’s door and start a real conversation? Do you want to be paid for your hustle — every single day plus every appointment you book? This is your role. We’re looking for a driven, money-motivated canvasser to hit neighborhoods and set sales appointments for our team of closers. The more doors you knock, the more you earn. No ceiling.

What You’ll Be Setting Appointments For

• Roofs
• Siding
• Windows
• Gutters
• Gutter Guards

What You’ll Do

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods and engage homeowners in genuine, friendly conversation
• Qualify homeowners and book confirmed in-home appointments for our sales team
• Drive yourself between territories using your own reliable transportation
• Track your leads and report results daily to the sales manager

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Smartphone for scheduling and lead tracking
• Professional, approachable appearance and demeanor
• Must be able to pass a background check — required to obtain local solicitation permits for door-to-door canvassing

Note: A background check is a standard part of our hiring process. Many municipalities require canvassers to hold a solicitation permit, which involves a background screening by local authorities. We will guide you through the process — it’s straightforward for candidates with a clean record.

Compensation

Guaranteed daily base pay for every day you’re in the field, plus commission paid on every booked appointment that our salesperson attends. Top performers earn well above base. Your results drive your income.

Pay: $100.00 per day
