The Role
As a Customer Success Account Manager, you are the trusted partner for a portfolio of winery clients. You’ll own the relationship from onboarding through renewal — making sure each winery gets real value from Corksy, adopts the platform fully, and feels supported every step of the way. This is a relationship role for someone who genuinely enjoys both people and the wine business.
