Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Director of Customer Operations. The role involves overseeing and optimizing customer service and operations to ensure high levels of satisfaction and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing customer experience strategies, leading the customer service team, analyzing operational data to drive improvements, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service standards. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to align operations with company goals.

• Familiarity with hospitality or outdoor solutions industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
