We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Internal Communications to define and lead how we communicate with our employees, shaping our internal voice, and ensuring our employees are informed, aligned, and inspired. This is a high-impact, highly visible, and hands-on role for a strategic communicator who is equally comfortable setting direction and rolling up their sleeves to execute.
The Role
As Senior Manager, Internal Communications, you will lead and evolve GoFundMe’s internal communications strategy and execution. You’ll partner closely with executive leadership and the People team to ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all employee communications.
This role reports to the Director of Corporate Communications and works cross-functionally with leadership across the company.

The total annual salary for this full-time position is $145,000 – $218,000 + equity + benefits. As this is a remote position, the salary range was determined by role, level, and possible location across the US. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
