Our company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in scaling a fast-growing construction organization supporting critical infrastructure. Reporting directly to the President, this executive will lead all aspects of operations- driving performance, building high-performing teams, and ensuring best-in-class project execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead all construction operations, including Field Operations, Purchasing & Warehouse, Safety, and Quality
• Drive operational excellence across project planning, execution, and delivery
• Ensure seamless handoff from preconstruction through field execution
• Optimize workforce planning, crew utilization, and productivity across projects

Desired Skills And Experience

• 10+ years of leadership experience in construction operations, with a track record of driving results
• Experience leading multi-site or large-scale field operations
• Strong business and financial acumen, with ownership of budgets, margins, and performance metrics
• Deep understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and quality management

Salary: $275,000
