Coordinator, Affiliate Marketing Full Time NEW

We are hiring a Coordinator, Affiliate Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will support the operations and business development of our Affiliate Marketing programs across the US and Canada for HelloFresh, Factor, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Chefs Plate.

You will play a key role in managing partner relationships, optimizing performance, and driving new partner acquisition to expand our affiliate programs. You will support day-to-day program operations, ensure compliance, and facilitate seamless communication with partners and internal stakeholders to drive efficient execution and growth.

You will …

• Support affiliate program operations by pulling reporting, managing audits, updating partner links, managing asset sharing, and overseeing creative approvals.
• Assist in campaign management by maintaining accurate partner details, updating creative assets, ensuring proper tracking and deployment of promotions, managing budgets and partner payouts, and coordinating placement bookings.
• Ensure quality assurance (QA) and compliance by verifying partner content, promotions, and tracking links while troubleshooting issues and escalating concerns as needed.
• Drive new partner development by managing onboarding and tracking setup.
• Troubleshoot and proactively solve issues as they arise with partners, leading with a solution oriented approach
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline recurring tasks, enhancing overall team productivity and operational scale.
• Manage quarterly bookings with some partners, addressing partner concerns and ensuring agreements are finalized promptly.

At a minimum, you have…

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in e-commerce, online / performance marketing / affiliate marketing, partnership management, or operational roles
• Excellent communication skills with a sharp attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Google platforms
• A team player and eager to be part of a rapidly growing company in a competitive vertical
