MDRN Hydration is a Southern California wellness brand built by two brothers who wanted to create something that felt more connected to real life. The brand was born out of early mornings in the gym, long workdays, beach days, youth sports, wellness routines, recovery, travel, and the everyday rhythm of life. We felt like most hydration brands had become overly intense, overly artificial, or disconnected from the people drinking them. So, we set out to build something different. Something clean, modern, community-driven, and genuinely enjoyable to be around.

MDRN is about wellness without the pretentiousness. Feeling good without overcomplicating it. Building a brand that feels aspirational, grounded, creative, and authentic all at the same time. We’re building something we’re genuinely proud of, and content is a huge part of that. We want our social channels to feel less like ads and more like a real lifestyle people want to follow and be part of.

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Intern to help us create content across TikTok and Instagram that captures the lifestyle, personality, and community behind MDRN.

What We’re Looking For:

·      Someone naturally creative and organized

·      Comfortable filming and editing on iPhone

·      Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and CapCut

·      Interested in wellness, fitness, lifestyle, creator culture, or branding

·      Someone who understands modern social media trends and aesthetics

·      Self-starter with good energy and communication

·      Bonus if you already create content personally

What You’ll Be Doing:

·      Creating and editing TikTok and Instagram Reel content

·      Filming product, lifestyle, gym, wellness, and founder content

·      Organize and schedule TikTok and Instagram posts

·      Researching trends, hooks, sounds, and content ideas

·      Helping us consistently show up online in a creative and authentic way

Expected Weekly Deliverables:

·      1 content shoot day per week

·      4 TikTok/Reels per week

·      10+ Instagram Story frames per week

·      Assist with scheduling and organizing social content

Role Details:

·     Part-time (3-month internship)

·      $10 hours/week

·      $18/hour

·      1099 independent contractor
