Main Purpose of Job
The main purpose of the Human Service Specialist V Supervisor position is to promote family well-being and self-sufficiency by assigning, reviewing and approving work of Child Support staff; training Child Support staff; providing supervision to the Non-Custodial Parents Employment Program (NPEP) and Parents as Partners Program (PAP) staff; and supervise the Child Support Specialist’s (CSS) in the Enforcement Unit.

Experience : Eight years of experience, four years of experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations and an additional four years of professional or technical experience in the administration of a human services program or experience conducting studies and analyses of programs, procedures, practices and organizations.
