We are seeking a Wholesale & Retail Partnerships Manager to expand Barrett Recovery into premium retail, medical and specialty wellness channels. This is not a transactional sales role, it is a strategic growth position responsible for building a scalable wholesale channel.
Position Overview
• Develop and execute the wholesale growth strategy
• Own wholesale revenue targets and growth KPIs
• Build and manage a pipeline of prospective accounts
• Identify and secure aligned retail and clinical partners
• Build systems for onboarding, forecasting and reorder cadence
• Protect pricing integrity across distribution channels
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for wholesale accounts
Key Responsibilities
Wholesale Strategy & Expansion
• Build and execute the wholesale roadmap across medspas, medical offices, wellness clinics, specialty retail, and luxury boutiques
• Identify high-value partners aligned with our brand ethos
• Develop pitch materials, line sheets and education decks
• Negotiate wholesale terms and margin structures
Account Management & Operations
• Onboard and educate partners on product positioning and merchandising
• Maintain strong relationships with key accounts
• Forecast inventory needs in collaboration with operations
• Monitor sell-through and drive reorder strategy
• Maintain, manage and lead a team to expand the wholesale division
Brand & Pricing Integrity
• Enforce MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) compliance
• Prevent channel conflict and unauthorized resale
• Ensure wholesale growth aligns with DTC and Amazon channel strategy
• Evaluate distribution opportunities without creating channel conflict
• Ensure merchandising reflects Barrett Recovery’s elevated positioning
Systems & Reporting
• Build and maintain wholesale reporting
• Track revenue, margin, reorder cadence and account performance
• Work within Shopify and inventory systems to streamline order flow
Product Feedback & Market Expansion
• Gather account feedback to inform product development
• Identify white-space opportunities for new SKUs
• Support geographic expansion strategy
Qualifications
• 3–6+ years experience in wholesale, retail partnerships, or B2B sales, preferably in wellness, beauty, medical, or luxury
• Strong understanding of margin structure, pricing and distribution strategy
• Experience with inventory management and forecasting
• Comfortable building systems from scratch
• Highly detail-oriented and data-driven
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership

• Experience working with physicians, medspas, or aesthetic practices
• Background in supplements, wellness devices, or skincare
• Existing retail or clinical relationships
