Producer/Editor/Videographer Full Time NEW

The Producer/Editor/Videographer will play an essential role in creative development, production and post production of content for TMRW Sports and its associated brands. This person will be highly creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized. Reporting to the Sr. Art Director, this person will join a highly talented and innovative Creative team and will work in a fast-paced, collaborative, transparent, and collegial environment. This is a highly visible role, with this role partnering closely with business leaders and internal and external stakeholders, while serving as an ambassador for the holistic organization. He/She will produce broadcast-quality video content for a worldwide audience to support our rapidly scaling organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide videography, production, writing, and editing expertise to TMRW Sports projects, managing from concept to completion
• Translate marketing, promotion and sales needs into engaging, impactful, eye-catching, sizzles, long and short form content
• Research, conceptualize, pitch, shoot and edit original social video content for a wide variety of stories and activations
• Partner with internal Social & Content teams to create and execute ideas that will drive up views, watch-time and consumer engagement
• Identify storylines and effectively transform them into action items
• Ideate and develop video content for various direct to consumer formats
• Film in run and gun and studio settings with high profile athletes and talent
• Responsible for shoots for a wide variety of assigned events such as internal communications, interviews, community events, partner events or in-arena live footage
• Ensure that all work meets a high level of creativity, innovation, and brand association
• Available during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings, weekends and may include travel as applicable
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in videography, production and editing
• Sports graphics design and execution experience a must
• Extensive knowledge of video production process, including lighting and camera techniques and operations
• Proficient in Adobe Creative suite, industry tools, technologies, and techniques with a videography portfolio demonstrating full breadth of video, editing and producing experience
• Experience shooting with DSLR and/or mirrorless cameras in 4k+ formats
• Keen understanding of content creation and management techniques and best practices
• Proficient in PowerPoint and other presentation software
• Proven track record of working collaboratively and productively with leaders across various internal functions
• Ability to work with high profile athletes and/or agents along while using discretion
• Strong sense of editorial timing and direction
• Available during and ahead of competition hours, which may include evenings, weekends and may include travel as applicable

Preferred

• Digital and/or motion graphic design experience a plus
