The Sr Director, Digital Experience & Site Merchandising will lead and scale the end-to-end digital storefront, driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer engagement across global markets. This role oversees site merchandising, product discovery, campaign and drop strategy, category management, and catalog/content operations through a team of functional leaders.
This leader operates at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer experience, and operational execution, translating business priorities into high-performing onsite experiences while ensuring the digital experience reflects and elevates the brand.
