We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. In this role, you will manage HR administration, maintain employee records, support recruiting efforts, assist with benefits administration, and serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities
Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate data.
Coordinate the full employee onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, equipment setup, and new hire orientations.
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
Manage offboarding processes, including exit interviews, equipment returns, and system access termination.
Requirements
Previous experience in HR coordination, HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related role is preferred. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and a passion for HR are encouraged to apply.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Experience with HRIS platforms (such as BambooHR, Paylocity, ADP, or Workday) is a plus.
Familiarity with ATS and recruiting coordination best practices is a plus.
Basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain accurate records.
