Exterior Repair TechnicianCanton Roofing Company — Northeast Ohio
Canton Roofing Company is hiring an experienced Exterior Repair Technician to join one of the fastest-growing exterior remodeling companies in Northeast Ohio.
This is not an entry-level labor position.
We are looking for a skilled exterior repair professional who can properly diagnose issues, communicate confidently with homeowners, complete repairs correctly, and identify additional repair opportunities when appropriate.
This role is ideal for someone who wants strong hourly pay, overtime opportunities, a company vehicle, steady year-round work, and a commission bonus on every repair job they sell.

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose roof leaks and exterior issues
- Complete roofing repairs
- Perform gutter and downspout repairs
- Complete siding repairs
- Assist with window and entry door repairs/replacements
- Identify the true cause of leaks, failures, and exterior damage
- Take jobsite photos and document completed work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
- Recommend and sell repair solutions when appropriate
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with roofing and exterior repairs
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable working safely on ladders and exterior repair equipment
- Pride in workmanship and doing the job correctly
