Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an IT Specialist. The IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and administering IT networks, ensuring network security, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing outstanding customer service. Daily responsibilities include maintaining system performance, implementing security measures, offering IT support to users, and assisting in infrastructure and technology-related projects.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Network Administration and Information Technology, with experience in managing and maintaining IT systems and infrastructure
• Strong skills in Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
• Knowledge and expertise in Network Security protocols and best practices
• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills, with the ability to assist and guide end-users
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, managed databases, and email delivery systems is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, both independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred
• Certifications like CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent are advantageous
