Dock Builder Full Time NEW

Location: Lake Norman and surrounding counties (within 50-mile radius)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Some overtime and weekend work required
Pay: Based on experience

We are currently accepting applications for seasoned carpenters for a luxury, high-end dock and deck construction project in the Lake Norman area. The ideal candidate will bring strong residential or commercial construction knowledge, an understanding of industry safety standards, and a hands-on skillset related to procedures, tools, materials, and quality control.

Responsibilities May Include:

• Layout for stairs and common rafters
• Reading blueprints and performing accurate measurements/layouts
• Placement of docks and elevated decks
• Crane signals and rigging
• Executing tasks within project deadlines
• Maintaining clear verbal and written communication with team members

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of construction experience
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to work throughout the Lake Norman region (up to 50 miles)
• Ability to work in a variety of seasonal and weather conditions
