The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Sales Performance to be the driving force behind closing rate improvement across our entire clinic network. This is one of the most consequential roles in the company. You will own a single, clear mandate: lift average closing rates from 15–30% to 50%+ across 40+ independent clinic locations.
You won’t manage a direct sales team. Instead, you’ll work hand-in-hand with the sales consultants at each of our licensee clinics — diagnosing what’s holding them back, coaching them up, building the systems and content that scale our sales methodology, and being the relentless presence that makes sure every location is performing at its potential. When a consultation doesn’t close, we want to know why — and what we’re doing about it.
You’ll report directly to ownership and partner closely with our founder, who built and trains the current sales methodology. Your job is to take what works at our corporate office (70%+ close rates) and make it work everywhere.
