APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
APPLETON, WI
FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION
The Maintenance Technician must be responsible and perform in a professional manner that meets company standards. A minimum of one year maintenance experience is required and rate of pay is negotiable depending on experience. AppFolio Property Manager application experience is helpful but not required.
Qualifications to Include but are not Limited to:
- Prioritize, schedule and process Work Orders
- Process and complete Purchase Orders
- Interact with Tenants and Staff
- Make ready apartments as necessary as units vacate
- Drywall repair
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electric
- Painting and cosmetic repair to interior and exterior building structures
- Vehicle and equipment maintenance
- Assist with grounds keeping including lawn mowing and pruning of trees and shrubs
- Snow removal
- Hardworking and flexible
- Proficient in problem solving
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- After hour emergency on call rotation
- Wage negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
