Job Summary
The Area General Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the manufacturing operations, sales performance, and financial results (P&L) of multiple production locations. This senior leadership role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations while meeting quality standards and customer delivery requirements. The Area General Manager drives revenue growth, pricing strategy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, providing strategic direction and leadership to plant management and sales teams to achieve business objectives.
