Enrollment & Outreach Associate Full Time NEW

We are hiring an Enrollment & Outreach Associate to support our brand partner with a communications initiative that aims to connect eligible communities with essential wireless services and devices. This is a front-facing Enrollment & Outreach Associate position that involves direct outreach and program enrollment while providing unmatched opportunities to be part of a genuine company that wants to make a difference.

The Enrollment & Outreach Associate’s core objective is to conduct residential outreach within assigned territories and connect directly with local community members to promote an essential communications initiative. The ultimate goal as an Enrollment & Outreach Associate is to qualify eligible individuals and families and facilitate the enrollment process, so they have the necessary tools to stay connected in today’s digital world.

Responsibilities of the Enrollment & Outreach Associate:

• Conduct residential outreach by speaking directly with community members in assigned neighborhoods
• Connect with local households to introduce an affordable and accessible communications initiative
• Qualify eligible individuals and families for wireless services and premium devices
• Educate customers on products and services, pricing options, and program benefits in a clear and concise way
• Confidently explain the enrollment and activation process and guide customers through each step
• Close enrollments on the spot by identifying needs and helping customers select the right telecom options
• Collaborate with fellow Enrollment & Outreach Associates to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, applications, and completed enrollments

Qualifications of the Enrollment & Outreach Associate Role:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing, performance-driven environment
• Comfortable with outdoor, residential outreach in assigned territories
• Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn sales techniques, product knowledge, and enrollment systems
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic, energetic environment
• No prior sales or telecom experience required; this is an entry level role with training provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 – $1,300.00 per week
