Duties

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics on motorcycles and scooters using specialized automotive tools and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire replacements, brake repairs, and suspension adjustments
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components with precision using hand tools, power tools, and soldering techniques
• Identify mechanical issues accurately and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements
• Complete vehicle inspections to ensure safety standards are met before returning vehicles to customers
• Assist with assembly of new motorcycles or scooters, including installing parts and accessories
• Maintain detailed service records and communicate repair status clearly to team members and customers

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or service technician background in motorcycle or scooter repair
• Strong mechanical knowledge of motorcycle systems including brakes, suspension, engines, and electrical components
• Proficiency with automotive diagnostics software and troubleshooting techniques
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, soldering irons, and heavy lifting safely
• Experience with vehicle maintenance procedures such as tire mounting, brake servicing, and suspension work
• Excellent customer service skills to explain repairs clearly and foster positive relationships
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
