In the Concord market, the Bilingual Sales Associate works directly with homeowners to introduce wireless products and telecommunications services for a nationally recognized telecom client. This role is centered around face-to-face interaction – meeting customers where they are, answering questions clearly, and helping them feel comfortable throughout the process.

What the Bilingual Sales Associate handles:

• Speaking directly with customers about wireless services, promotions, and available product options
• Helping customers compare plans and service features based on how they use their devices day-to-day
• Using bilingual communication skills to create stronger connections with customers from different backgrounds
• Guiding customers through enrollments, account updates, and service questions in a way that feels straightforward and easy to follow
• Staying organized with customer information, follow-ups, and completed enrollments
• Supporting overall outreach and customer engagement efforts throughout the Concord area
• Working alongside other Bilingual Sales Associate team members to maintain steady customer interaction and performance

What usually translates well into the Bilingual Sales Associate role:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day in a face-to-face setting
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify information without sounding scripted
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, or sales is helpful but not required
• Someone who stays composed in fast-paced environments with a lot of customer interaction
