Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that supports the company’s overall goals and objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT leadership roles, with a proven track record of success in driving technology strategy and execution.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Deep technical expertise across a broad range of IT disciplines, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and software development.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to change and lead through ambiguity.
