Role Description

Coordinate wellness events, pop-ups, launches, retreats, collaborations, and community activations.

Manage event timelines, logistics, vendor communication, gifting coordination, and setup details.

Assist with partnership outreach for boutiques, fitness studios, wellness brands, influencers, and hospitality collaborations.

Organize PR mailers, welcome bags, and branded event experiences.

Help curate elevated event aesthetics aligned with The Mindful Daily brand identity.

Coordinate inventory and product preparation for events and activations.

Support social media capture coordination during events (TikTok, Instagram, behind-the-scenes content, etc.)

Communicate professionally with collaborators, venues, influencers, and attendees.

Assist in creating memorable, intentional guest experiences centered around wellness and mindfulness.

Help expand The Mindful Daily presence through experiential marketing and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Event planning and coordination skills, including scheduling, logistics, and on-site management
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Marketing and brand experience, including campaign execution and audience engagement
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and event management software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Interest or background in mindfulness, wellness, or lifestyle brands is a plus
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
