AT&T Team Member Full Time NEW

Tally Management Group is growing fast, and reliable internet has become part of how people work, stream, study, and stay connected every day. The AT&T Team Member is the person helping homeowners make that switch confidently.

As an AT&T Team Member, you’ll meet directly with homeowners throughout the Tallahassee area to introduce AT&T Fiber services, manage customer accounts, and help customers find internet solutions that actually fit how they use their devices day-to-day. This is a full-time, onsite role built around direct interaction, account support, and consistent sales activity.

The AT&T Team Member stays involved throughout the process (from the first conversation through account setup and follow-up) so customers feel supported instead of rushed through a transaction.

What the AT&T Team Member focuses on:

• Speaking directly with homeowners about AT&T Fiber internet, streaming, and connectivity options
• Managing customer accounts by keeping track of service selections, follow-ups, and account updates
• Using a consultative sales approach to recommend internet packages based on household needs and usage
• Helping customers compare providers, pricing, and service options in a way that keeps the conversation simple
• Supporting account growth through service upgrades and additional recommendations when appropriate
• Tracking customer interactions and completed sales activity to stay aligned with performance expectations
• Working with other AT&T Team Member team members to maintain consistent outreach throughout Tallahassee
