Skilled operators are essential to safely and efficiently run heavy equipment, supporting field crews in delivering high-quality soil stabilization work.
We are seeking experienced Operators to operate heavy machinery on soil stabilization projects, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering and project specifications.
Position Summary
The Operator – Soil Stabilization is responsible for operating heavy machinery used in soil stabilization projects, including : Soil Stabilizers/Reclaimers, Spreading devices, Compaction Equipment, Motor Graders/Dozers, Off-road trucks, etc. Operators work closely with Field Superintendents, Teamsters, and field crews to execute soil stabilization applications, compaction, and grading efficiently and safely.

Work Environment
This position operates primarily on active soil stabilization project sites. Operators interact closely with Teamsters, Field Superintendents, Project Managers, and field crews to safely and efficiently execute soil stabilization applications, including mixing, grading, and compaction operations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.10 – $40.25 per hour
