We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is unique as it covers our Syracuse office in the morning and our Johnson office in the afternoon. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints.
Schedule: Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 12:00 PM CT Syracuse (travel 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm CT)
1:00 pm to 4:30 pm CT Johnson (travel time 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm CT)
Travel: Required between Syracuse and Johnson daily with a company vehicle provided
