About The Role
Progyny is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to the company’s leadership team, including the Chief Growth & Strategy Officer. This role requires an individual with a proactive mindset, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and handling a variety of administrative tasks. The role demands professionalism, discretion, and the ability to prioritize effectively, ensuring that executives can focus on strategic initiatives without administrative distractions.
