Our client is a global storage company that stores CONFIDENTIAL documents for clients such as Boeing, the FBI, Amazon, Microsoft, and others.

Responsibilities

• Pulls individual medical files from the storage box, identifies required data fields from each file, and enters that information into the database for the client.
• Most work is seated but involves intensive and constant keying of information into the data system.
• One box at a time is carried to the workstation, where individual files are pulled, and data is entered
• As all files have been reviewed, they are returned to the box, which is in turn carried back to the pallet.
• The maximum storage height on each pallet is 5 boxes.
• Lift and lower boxes to and from the pallet and to and from the workstation.

Skills

• Typing skills, attention to detaill, willing to learn new things and follow instructions
• Must maintain a consistent high frequency of keystrokes , with great accuracy confirmed by ‘double key’ verification
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check

Pay: $18.50 per hour
