Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team for various local projects.

Duties

  • Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, backhoes and other machinery to perform tasks including excavation, backfill, lifting, and moving materials
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to identify maintenance needs or safety issues
  • Follow project plans and instructions from site supervisors to execute tasks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols

Requirements

  • Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment on active sites with a strong understanding of construction processes
  • Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and OSHA regulations

Pay

  • Pay rate varies based on jobsite, base pay based on experience

Pay: $25.00 – $104.64 per hour
