About the role
Firefly’s brand is often the first thing schools, hospitals, hotels, and workplace security teams use to decide whether to trust us. Every surface — a booth, a deck, an install guide — needs to feel as considered and clear as the product itself.
We’re hiring a Visual Designer to own how the Firefly brand shows up across print and digital: tradeshow graphics, sales decks, install and product guides, packaging, and the long tail in between. The brand system is young and the surface area is wide. You’ll have real authority to shape how a defining American safety brand looks and reads in the world.

Compensation
The base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 – $140,000, plus equity and benefits. Actual compensation will depend on factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
