Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Senior Vice President of Operations Management. The SVP of Operations Management will oversee the strategic planning, implementation, and optimization of operational processes within the organization. Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing and refining operational strategies, managing budgets, setting performance benchmarks, and driving organizational efficiency. This individual will work closely with leadership to align operations with business objectives and ensure sustained growth and success.

• Proven expertise in Operations Management, Strategic Planning, and Process Optimization
• Strong leadership skills, including team development, coaching, and organizational alignment
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, allocate resources, and perform financial analysis
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement
• Experience in change management and scaling operations across multiple business units or locations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Experience in a leadership role within a high-growth or entrepreneurial setting is a plus
